Warranty Claims

This product is a registered product of MFF Green Technology. MFF Green Technology, according to this Warranty, represents and warrants this product based on Terms & Conditions as below:

1. This product is under warranty against manufacturing defects or failure workmanship or internal electronic parts materials (under period of 12 months from date warranty registered).

2. The warranty does not cover defects arising from misuse/mishandling, abuse, accident, negligence, damage caused directly by fire, flood, water damaged, convulsion of nature, war, not or civil commotion of any God.

3. This warranty becomes null and void if this product has been tampered with, undergone unauthorized repairs by the third parties, improper installation, alteration or modification to this product a damage/tearing/removal of this warranty sticker that is affixed to this product.

4. This warranty shall be null and void if the serial number on this product have been altered or removed.

5. Request for replacement or repair within period without register this warranty card will not be entertained.

6. This product shall be delivered by the user at this own expense to the Company’s premises.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Privacy Notice before accessing or using the e-Warranty registration. When you access or use the e-Warranty registration, you hereby unconditionally agree and accept that the Privacy Notice set out in MFF Green Technology Digital Warranty and/or the Privacy Notice as updated and/or amended by us from time to time, and consent to us collecting, using, disclosing, and processing your personal information.  The terms in our Privacy Notice and/or Privacy Notice as updated and/or amended by us shall form an integral part of the terms and conditions of the e-Warranty registration.

1. You, consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your personal data for marketing and promotional purposes including via your telephone number, email, and post.

2. You, consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your personal data by MFF Green Technology, its related corporations, and affiliates as well as their agents and authorized service providers for marketing and promotional purposes.
